Now, you can initiate a callback by simply sending an SMS to our SMS gateway 6591653870 in Singapore and we will connect the two phone numbers for you.
Here's how it works:
1) Compose an SMS with the following format (separated by a space):
cncn your_account_number phone1 phone2
2) And text it to our gateway number 6591653870.
For example, your account number is 223456789 and you are in UK (doesn't really matter where you are)
and like to call Australia, then you can compose an SMS with this :
cncn 223456789 44xxxxxxxxx 02xxxxxxxx
and text it to 6591653870.
SMS callback is handy to use when you are overseas. If you are home in Australia it's better to use our ANI callback system.
